Part of life is death, and unfortunately in our lifetime we will all be faced with the death of a loved one. Dealing with the loss of a loved one can be difficult and may require talking about your feelings, expressing your condolences to a family member or writing about your grief.
On the day of the funeral my uncle came and stood by my side as I read the funeral poem and I was so glad that he did, I thought that my heart was going to jump out of my chest, it was pounding that hard. The details that a funeral home will take care of include the care of the body, the hosting of a wake or viewing, the funeral services either there or in a place of worship and the burial. The life history will also talk about any achievements, awards or other good deeds the deceased accomplished.
Celebrants are becoming more and more popular. Poems can range in topics and styles, flowery or overly dramatic poetry is not the only option available. In other cases, it is necessary for the family to arrange funeral burial services on their own.
Grieving is normal as it forms part of our complex emotions as human beings. It is a wonderful idea to include any major achievements that occurred during the person's lifetime.
